No. Mebbo is independent and is not affiliated with UHR, Skolverket or Migrationsverket. Mebbo’s questions and texts are written by Mebbo, based on the topics in UHR’s "Sverige i fokus". They are not taken or leaked from the real test.
The app’s startup language menu is available in Swedish, English, Arabic, Persian, Somali and Tigrinya. The chapters and questions themselves are in Swedish, because the real test is only written in Swedish. Practising in the language you will be tested in is the whole point, and it is why the main Mebbo site is in Swedish too.
Yes. Once you have downloaded the app, the chapters, practice questions and practice exams all work offline. Useful if you want to study on your commute or have limited data.
